  • WMCA “On Call”

If you have a question, we have the answer.

At WMCA our “On Call” Program was designed to help support the needs of our communities with a holistic approach for improving quality of life. Our On Call staff has been trained in all WMCA service areas, as well as other organizations’ services in our areas, and can offer information and guidance related to all of our communities programs. If you have any questions about how a program works, what are the qualifications, or where should you go for services, our staff can help you.

On Call is your liaison to facilitate smooth delivery of services and ensure that you are connected with all available resources to meet the needs of you and your family.

It is our goal that with one call to us, we can identify areas where we can be of assistance and provide you with information that will empower you and help to remove all barriers to self-sufficiency.

On Call is here for you Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Contact us at 1-800-645-9636 or 645-3764 or fill out our Request for Information form.
