WMCA’s Home Repair Hardship Grants are available to participants 62 years old or older who are financially eligible for the WMCA Low Income Energy Assistance Program.
Grant awards of up to $5,000 are available to help cover home repairs that would otherwise be unaffordable. Past projects funded by WMCA’s grants have included everything from installing new septic tanks, fixing leaking roofs, making homes more energy efficient to building wheelchairs ramps and making homes more accessible.
